Thabo the Meerkat’s Fun-Filled Day at Diggerland Devon
On the 6th of July, Diggerland Devon had the pleasure of hosting a very special guest: Thabo the Meerkat. Known for his adventurous spirit and inquisitive nature, Thabo brought an extra dose of excitement to the park, delighting visitors of all ages.

Thabo is a charming and sociable meerkat with an interest in exploring new environments. His playful antics and engaging personality have made him a beloved figure among fans. His visit to Diggerland Devon was eagerly anticipated, and he did not disappoint.
Thabo’s Adventure at Diggerland Devon
Thabo’s day at Diggerland started with the Skyshuttle, one of the park’s most popular rides. This ride offers stunning panoramic views of the park and the surrounding countryside. Thabo seemed captivated by the experience, taking in the sights from high above.
Following the Skyshuttle, Thabo tried the Spindizzy. Known for its thrilling spins and twists, the Spindizzy provided an adrenaline rush that Thabo seemed to thoroughly enjoy. His excitement was evident, adding to the ride’s fun atmosphere.
Next, Thabo experienced the Mini Tractors, a hit among younger visitors. He skillfully navigated the miniature vehicles, much to the delight of the children watching. The Mini Tractors provided a more relaxed pace, allowing Thabo to interact with the kids and share in their joy.
Interactions with Duggy and Dotty
A highlight of Thabo’s visit was his time with Diggerland’s beloved mascots, Duggy and Dotty. These characters are always a favourite among visitors, and their interaction with Thabo was a treat. Together, they greeted guests, posed for photos, and created a fun and festive atmosphere throughout the park.

Throughout the day, Thabo mingled with visitors, posing for selfies and joining in on games. As a trio; Thabo, Duggy and Dotty really did wow the crowds!
