All Gift Vouchers have a 12 month expiry date. This is the date that the voucher needs to be redeemed by but can be for a visit or activity date later on within that specific season.

Please note: Diggerland is a seasonal attraction and is closed during some winter months. Our opening dates can be found here.

Redeem your agency gift voucher from Virgin Experience Days, Buyagift, or Red Letter Days here. Please note that admission vouchers cannot be used for same-day entry at the gate. To book your visit, ensure you allow at least three working days before your desired visit date. Voucher processing is handled exclusively by our Head Office team from Monday to Friday and is unavailable on weekends or bank holidays.

DUMPER RACING VOUCHER

£49.95pp (Approx 2 hour experience)

Competitors race against the clock in this high speed and fun racing experience! If you think you have the speed… if you think you have the skill… then Dumper Truck Racing is for you! Co-ordination and nerve are the key to success as competitors race against not just one another but the clock in at least 2 race heats! Pick up one of the fastest times and excel to the Grand Final. The winner will receive a certificate to commemorate their victory. As well as having all the bragging rights!

What else should you know?

  • Dumper Racing is available at Kent and Yorkshire Diggerland sites. The event is held on the selected Saturday afternoon/evenings of every month. Running from March to September with varying start times depending on location. 
  • Space is limited for each event and pre-booking is essential. 
  • There is no charge for Dumper Racing spectators. This is due to racing taking place once Diggerland has closed for the evening, and the rides are not in operation.
  • Dumper Racing is held on a loose surfaced area or a grass field.
  • Refreshments are not included in the cost of racing but will be available to purchase before racing commences.
  • Dumper Racing is only suitable for those over the age of 17.

GROUP JCB EXPERIENCE

£87.99pp (Approx 90 minute experience)

In a group with 3 or 4 other people, each participant will have their very own JCB 3CX digger.

This experience will give a really hands on construction experience:

  • Using the front bucket
  • Digging with the backhoe
  • Driving the machine
  • Digging holes, filling holes and leveling the ground

Groups will consist of four people at Kent & Yorkshire. As such, each participant will be allocated their own machine and share one of our experienced & enthusiastic instructors.

You only need to book one participant space – we’ll find other digger fans to fill the group!

Group JCB Experiences are available at Kent and Yorkshire Diggerland sites. The events run on selected weekend dates with varying start times depending on location.

This Experience includes admission for 1 additional person to enjoy the thrills at Diggerland on the same day as you participate in your Experience.

Individual JCB EXPERIENCE

Get to grips with a JCB 3CX and enjoy a one-to-one experience with an expert instructor.

For a more professional approach and to gain an insight into how a JCB operates, enjoy a great 90 minute training session that will provide core satisfaction!

After a safety briefing and introduction you’ll be itching to get on-board and find out just how this awesome machine operates. Learn how to drive the JCB, how to turn, dig into the ground and shift earth. Mastering the controls is no mean feat and working in a confined space requires plenty of discipline as you dig holes and shift the earth on.

Individual Experiences are available at any time subject to date and daylight hours on a one to one basis. Available at Kent, Devon, Durham and Yorkshire.

This Experience includes admission for 1 additional person to enjoy the thrills at Diggerland on the same day as you participate in your Experience.

MONSTER DIGGER EXPERIENCE

This activity brings lots of satisfaction when completed correctly, or embarrassment if you draw a blank and realize that getting a MONSTER digger to dig isn’t as simple as it appeared on the tin. In this one-to-one experience, your expert instructor will be on hand to guide you at all times. However for the more demanding tasks some instinct and judgement is required – qualities that can only be acquired by taking charge of the wheel.

Available at Kent, Devon, Durham and Yorkshire, the MONSTER Digger Experience is like nothing you have done before!

This is our biggest and most incredible experience yet, and is ideal for any digger fan looking for something different!

The Monster Digger Experience is available at any time subject to date and daylight hours on a one to one basis. We recommend you take part on a day in which the Diggerland Theme Park is open to the public, this allows you to get the most out of your day.

This Experience includes admission for 1 additional person to enjoy the thrills at Diggerland on the same day as you participate in your Experience.

You must be over 17 to take part in this experience.

Diggerland Theme Park Gift Vouchers are available as e-vouchers. You will receive an email confirmation with the e-voucher attached. Please print this voucher or email it to the recipient. Only the e-voucher can be presented at the park and not the confirmation email.

All postal vouchers are subject to a £4.20 additional charge.

Recipients will receive their gift vouchers in an unbranded envelope. Inside a Diggerland branded gift pack will be found.

As the gift giver, you can include a personalised message at the checkout stage.

 

All orders are subject to a £4.00 transaction fee when booked online.

When calling Diggerland Head Office, only postal vouchers can be processed.

Once purchased Gift Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Individual tickets are not provided. When purchasing gift vouchers for a set number e.g. 2 people – the voucher will admit the total number of people altogether into the park.

If a voucher has been purchased and not all guests are able to visit together, the voucher cannot be split and then used for the other guests on another day.
