All online bookings are subject to a £2.00 booking fee, this will be added upon checkout.
Tickets must be pre-booked before midnight, prior to your visit; they cannot be pre-booked on the same day.

General Admission One Day Entry Tickets are date and park specific.
You can arrive at anytime from 10:00am onwards, on days when we are open. You will only be guaranteed entry by purchasing your online one day entry tickets in advance of your visit date.
Please note that discount vouchers, offers or promotions cannot be used against the purchase of online tickets. If you have a voucher, the discount will be taken off the pay on the day rates.
Please kindly note once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. T&Cs apply.

Children Around 100cm Mark – Important Information
Children under 100cm enter free of charge. Please note, we measure children with their shoes on at our admissions desk upon arrival.
Any children who measure over 100cm on arrival (with shoes on) will be charged the admission rate. Any children who measure under 100cm (with shoes on) will enter Diggerland free of charge.
If you are not sure how tall your child is, select an under 100cm free ticket. If your child then measures over 100cm on arrival, a ticket can be purchased on arrival. If you have made an online booking for the rest of your party, a child who turns out to measure over 100cm on arrival, will be charged at the online rate. Refunds will not be provided for incorrectly purchased online tickets.
Please note: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. We would recommend selecting a ‘free’ ticket, if you are unsure about your child’s height. You can pay on arrival (at the online rate – provided you have booked other tickets online), should your child require a paid for ticket on arrival.
Carer Tickets: Unfortunately a free carer ticket cannot be applied to an under 100cm ticket. Click here for further details.
