Based at our Diggerland Kent park, you will be part of the customer services team.
The role involves:
– Meeting and greeting customers upon arrival in a friendly manner
– Checking customers in with existing bookings
– Operating our till system
– Serving customers in the goodie store
Most importantly, your role is ensuring our customers have a great time!
Reporting to: Office Manager
Experience: Customer service experience is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
You must however have a desire to learn, be willing to work with families and be customer focused.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old or over, and must have completed their GCSES.
Salary: Meet national minimum wage.
