Eating out at Diggerland UK Theme Park – Our top 5 food choices!

At all of our Diggerland theme parks we have the Dig Inn, an onsite eatery suitable for all of our hungry visitors. 

Our food outlet has a fantastic selection of hot and cold food and refreshments. As our onsite eatery’s are franchised, our menus will differ slightly from park to park. So be sure to check out our website to view the latest menus.

Bacon sandwich

Of course, number one has to be the good old bacon sandwich. Whether you visit the Dig Inn when the parks first open at 10am or for lunch, you can’t go wrong with a bacon sandwich. It all depends where you live too, is it known as a bacon butty or even a bacon bap?

Mediterranean Kebab

For those of you visiting the Diggerand in Kent, you’ll be in for a treat! The catering team has a wide variety of meals to choose from. However, we absolutely love the Mediterranean section of the menu. If you love a kebab then our healthier options would suit you down to the ground! Which one would you choose?

Vegetarian meals 

Here at Diggerland UK Theme Park we pride ourselves on having a fantastic variety of vegetarian options available for our guests. Depending on which park you’re visiting, you can choose to enjoy veggie and vegan burgers, vegetable lasagne, and a veggie breakfast inspired meal. If you have specific dietary requirements then we will do our best to cater for you. Upon arrival, we recommend speaking to a member of the catering team!

Burgers

Chicken, Beef, Veggie, we have plenty of choice when it comes to burgers. We all want our kids to eat healthy, but it’s a day out, and a burger will definitely be a treat to top off their day. There will be a range of burgers available at all of our parks, which will also come with chips. It’s certainly a meal that is guaranteed to keep the kids full throughout the day!

We just wouldn’t recommend going on Spindizzy straight after lunch…

Baguettes

Everyone loves a sandwich! If you’ve not had time to prepare a packed lunch before you leave, then we’ve got you covered. Our hot and cold baguettes and sandwiches are available with plenty of filling options. Whether you opt for chicken tikka, tuna mayo, halloumi salad or cheese salad, we guarantee you’ll be left feeling fuelled up ready to head back out to a few more hours of fun in the park.  

WOULD YOU PREFER A PICNIC INSTEAD?

For those adults that love to be prepared, you’re more than welcome to bring along a selection of prepacked food. Why not sit outside on one of many picnic benches, in the lovely sunshine (hopefully!) and simply enjoy the fresh air.  

When children are hungry, they want food instantly, and having a packed lunch ready and waiting is the perfect option. 

Should you wish to leave your lunch in the car, our marshals will allow you to retrieve any food and grant you entry back into the park. It will save you lugging around extra drinks and snacks.
