Shipping & Returns

Each order is subject to a delivery charge of £2.95 applies to UK mainland only, which is payable at the time of ordering. All overseas orders will be charged for postage by the weight of the goods and charged in addition to our £2.95 post and packing.

Orders will usually be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order. Exceptions may occur if an item is currently out of stock at the time of order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified within 5 working days of the order being received.

All orders to UK mainland will be despatched by Royal Mail letter or parcel post. Deliveries to all other locations will be despatched by parcel post.

Returns Policy

We are only able to accept the return of items if they are unopened and in their original condition. Goods should be returned, as detailed, within 30 days, to qualify for a full refund of the price paid (delivery charge is not refundable).

Defective items

In the unlikely event of an item being defective please return it, giving a full description of the fault in its original box and securely wrapped to: Returns Department (LE), Diggerland, Whitewall Road, Strood, Kent ME2 4DZ.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
